Response Records

Response records show every submission a quiz has received — the place to view raw data.

What you can do

  • View the list: Browse all submissions in a table/list with submission time, source, and more.
  • Filter and search: Narrow down by time, completion status, keyword, and other criteria.
  • View a single response: Open any response to see the exact answer to each question.
  • Export data: Export responses to CSV / Excel for further processing in external tools.

Information in a record

Besides the answers, a record usually carries:

  • Serial number: A response number that increments within each quiz.
  • Source info: If submitted via a UTM link, the corresponding source is recorded.
  • Submission metadata: Such as submission time.

Export tips

Before exporting, use filters to scope the data you need (e.g. a time range or a specific source) to keep the exported file focused and easy to analyze.

Exported data may contain personal information provided by respondents. Store and use it in accordance with your organization’s privacy and compliance requirements.
