Insights aggregate scattered responses into stats and charts, helping you grasp the big picture without scrolling through records one by one.

Common metrics and charts

  • Completion rate: The ratio of started to completed submissions, reflecting drop-off.
  • Submission volume: Total responses and their trend over time.
  • Question-level distribution: For choice questions, the share and distribution of each option.
  • Source distribution: Combined with UTM Source Tracking, compare response volume across channels.

Suggestions

  • Use completion rate to find where respondents tend to drop off, and optimize the number or order of questions.
  • Use option distribution to understand respondents’ overall tendencies.
  • Combine with time trends to evaluate the effect of a campaign.
