Form Settings

Beyond questions, you can configure the appearance and global options of the whole quiz so it fits your brand and audience.

Appearance & branding

• Theme & brand color: Set the primary color to unify the visual style.
• Cover image: Add a cover to make the quiz feel more polished and recognizable.
• Flag color / marker: Use colors or markers to distinguish quizzes in the list.

Languages

• A quiz itself can offer multiple language versions, and respondents can switch language on the answer page (when the corresponding localization is enabled).
• This is different from the docs site’s English/Chinese switch: the former is for respondents, the latter for creators reading the docs.

Basic information

• Name / title: Used to identify the quiz in the dashboard and shown on the answer page.
• Description: A short summary of the quiz that can be shown to respondents.
