1:1 Bookings
The moment someone finishes a quiz and reads their result is the moment they're most willing to talk to you. 1:1 Bookings lets them book a session with you right there on the result page — no third-party calendar tool, no email ping-pong about times.
Availability is a team-level resource: configure it once and every quiz shares it. You don't schedule your week again per quiz.
Three steps to get it running
Set your availability
On the 1:1 Bookings page open Booking availability and set your timezone, session length and weekly hours. See Booking availability.
Turn on the booking section in a quiz
Go to that quiz's Share → Booking and enable Show booking section on result page. See The respondent side.
Handle bookings on the bookings page
New bookings land on the 1:1 Bookings page. See Managing bookings.
Until availability is configured, the result page shows no booking section even with the switch on — the settings page says so explicitly.
The three sections of the list
The 1:1 Bookings page is ordered by what needs your attention:
- Waiting for you — pending requests sit at the top when approval is on, because they're blocking someone else.
- Upcoming — confirmed sessions that haven't happened yet; the very next one gets a large card with a countdown.
- Past — history, collapsed by default.
The 1:1 Bookings item in the sidebar carries a badge with the pending count.
Statuses at a glance
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | A request awaiting confirmation by the lead owner (only when approval is on) |
| Scheduled | Confirmed; the attendee has the meeting details |
| Completed | The session happened — you marked it |
| No-show | They didn't turn up — you marked it |
| Cancelled | Called off by either side |
| Declined | You turned the request down |

Respondent Sign-in & Portal
Respondents can sign in to revisit their reports and manage their own bookings. When signing in is required, what the portal shows them, and how that layer is what makes leads possible.
Booking Availability
Configure 1:1 booking availability: weekly scheduling rules, meeting length and seats, the meeting details respondents see, and whether requests need approval. Owner or admin only.
