RooQuiz Documentation

RooQuiz is a platform for creating, distributing, and analyzing quizzes, assessments, and surveys. Whether you are running a knowledge test, a personality/ability assessment, or a market research survey, you can build questions visually with drag-and-drop, distribute them via link or QR code, and review responses and analytics in real time.

This documentation is written for creators — users who build and manage quizzes in the dashboard. Documentation for respondents will be added later.

What RooQuiz can do

  • Three quiz types: Quiz, Assessment, and Random Quiz — covering scoring, multi-dimensional analysis, and randomized question pools.
  • Rich question types: 14+ types including single choice, multiple choice, dropdown, cascade, rating, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, and ordering.
  • Conditional logic: Show or hide later questions based on previous answers.
  • Scoring & AI evaluation: Automatic scoring, multi-dimensional radar analysis, and AI evaluation of text answers (subject to quota).
  • Multiple distribution channels: Public links, QR codes, social share cards (OG), and UTM source tracking.
  • Results & analytics: Response management, data export, visual insights, and report generation.
  • Team collaboration: Multi-member organizations, roles and permissions, custom domains, and more (advanced features, covered later).
